The Jetset Travelworld Group of Companies and its related entities, collectively referred to as "us"; "we" and "Air Tickets", are subject to the National Privacy Principals under the Privacy Act 1988.

This Privacy Policy explains in general how Air Tickets protects your privacy of personal information under the National Privacy Principals. This policy will apply to any personal information you provide to us:

What kind of personal information Air Tickets collects:

The information we collect depends upon the services, which we provide. For example, for travel arrangements we may collect details such as visa information, photos, copies of passports, name, address, telephone, email, age, where traveled, partners name, frequent flyer information, contact numbers, insurance details, and "Sensitive Information".

As a Consolidator/Ticketing Centre we collect information on Travel Agencies and Airlines for the purposes of credit control and accounting. Details include: Company name, company group, consultants name, sales amount ABN number, ACN number, IATA number, address, telephone number, fax number, email. Some members of the Stella Travel Services (Australia) Pty Ltd Group of Companies may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and for statistical purposes.
